I. Payments.

1. Online payment by bank card

The fastenergy.kz service is connected to Internet acquiring, and you can pay for the Service by bank card of international payment systems. After confirming the selected Tariff, a secure window with the payment page of the processing center of Bereke Bank JSC will open.

You need to enter your bank card details. For additional authentication of the cardholder, the 3-D Secure protocol is used. If your Issuing Bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. For information on the rules and methods of additional identification, please contact the authorized Issuing Bank.
The online payment service is carried out in accordance with the rules of the International Payment Systems on the principles of maintaining confidentiality and security of payment, for this purpose the most up-to-date methods of verification, encryption and data transmission over closed communication channels are used. Bank card details are entered in a secure window on the payment page of the processing center.
The fields on the payment page require you to enter the card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All the necessary data is displayed on the surface of the bank card. CVV2/CVC2 is a three-digit security code located on the back of the card.
Then, in the same window, the page of your issuing bank will open for entering the 3-D Secure code. If you do not have static 3-D Secure configured, it will be sent to your phone number via SMS. If you have not received the 3-D Secure code, you should contact your issuing bank.
3-D Secure is the most advanced technology for ensuring the security of card payments on the Internet. It allows you to clearly identify the authenticity of the cardholder performing the transaction and minimize the risk of fraudulent card transactions.

2. Security guarantees

The processing center of Bereke Bank JSC protects and processes your bank card data in accordance with the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Transfer of information to the payment gateway occurs using SSL encryption technology. Further transfer of information occurs through closed banking networks with the highest level of security. JSC "Bereke Bank" does not transfer your card details to other third parties. For additional authentication of the cardholder, the 3-D Secure protocol is used.

3. Security of online payments

The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, e-mail, credit card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Your credit card details are transferred only in encrypted form and are not stored on the fastenergy.kz service.
Security of Internet payment processing is guaranteed by LLC "PAY PLACE UKRAINE''. All transactions with payment cards are carried out in accordance with the requirements of international payment systems. When transferring information, specialized security technologies for online card payments are used, data processing is carried out on a secure high-tech server of the processing company.
Payment by payment cards is safe because:
• The authorization system guarantees the buyer that the payment details of his payment card (number, expiration date, CVV2/CVC2) will not fall into the hands of fraudsters, since this data is not stored on the authorization server and cannot be stolen.
• The buyer enters his payment details directly in the authorization system of JSC "Bereke Bank", and not on the website fastenergy.kz, therefore, the payment details of the buyer's card will not be available to third parties.

4. Refund of funds

To refund funds to a bank card, you must fill out the "Application for Refund of Funds", which is sent by the company to your email address upon request, and send it along with a copy of your identity document to fastenergy.kz@mail.ru.
Funds will be refunded to your bank card within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the "Application for Refund of Funds" by the Company, if there are justified claims for the provision of services.
To refund funds for transactions carried out with errors, you must submit a written application and attach a copy of your identity document and receipts/invoices confirming the erroneous debit. This application must be sent to fastenergy.kz@mail.ru.
The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount minus the cost of the services rendered. The period for reviewing the Application and refunding funds begins to be calculated from the moment the Company receives the Application and is calculated in business days excluding holidays/weekends.

5. Reasons for refusal to make a payment:

• the bank card is not intended for making payments via the Internet, which can be found out by contacting your issuing bank;
• insufficient funds for payment on the bank card. You can find out more about the availability of funds on the payment card by contacting the bank that issued the bank card;
• the bank card details were entered incorrectly;
• the bank card has expired. The card expiration date is usually indicated on the front side of the card (this is the month and year until which the card is valid). You can find out more about the card expiration date by contacting the issuing bank.

II. Confidentiality

1. General Provisions

The provisions of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) apply to any information (personal data) that may become known to the Service and its Administration in the process of using the Service by Users, including during the registration procedure and/or during any other use of the Service functionality, through secure pages. The activities of the fastenergy.kz service are open. Use of the Service (in any volume, form, etc.) means full consent of such User with the terms of this Privacy Policy and the procedure for processing the personal data of such User. Acceptance of this Privacy Policy is the completion of the registration procedure in the Service, as well as any other actions that are aimed at familiarization with the Service, and/or use of its functionality, available without registration, as well as actions that may be perceived by the Service Administration as those aimed at using the Service or its functionality. If one or more provisions of this Privacy Policy loses its force or becomes invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of this Privacy Policy. The User is personally responsible for checking this Privacy Policy for changes. The Service Administration reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time without prior or subsequent notice. The Policy is an integral part of the Rules for the provision of fastenergy.kz services. Words with a capital letter are used in the same meaning as in the Rules for the provision of services. LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP "ZAVOD SVERHTVERDYH POKRYTIJ FAST ENERDZHI" has the right to make changes to the Policy at any time. The amended version of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its posting on the website of LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP "ZAVOD SVERHTVERDYH POKRYTIJ FAST ENERDZHI" fastenergy.kz. The date of posting is indicated in the document. In order to avoid re-registration of persons whose participation on the fastenergy.kz website was terminated due to the illegal use of our services, we may refuse to delete the data necessary to block the possibility of re-registration. INFORMATION (messages, notifications) SENT TO THE USER OR PARTNER

The fastenergy.kz Service reserves the right to send all Users e-mails (push notifications) with information about important changes and improvements in the Service, as well as other content directly related to the operation of the service. fastenergy.kz may also send commercial e-mails, in particular advertising messages. Advertising and other commercial messages may also be attached to electronic messages sent to or from the system account.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to comply with this privacy policy, however, we cannot guarantee the safety of information in the event of exposure to factors beyond our control, the result of which will be the disclosure of information. The fastenergy.kz website and all information posted on it are presented on an "as is" basis without any warranties. We are not responsible for adverse consequences, as well as for any damages caused by restricting access to the Service website.

DISPUTES RESOLUTION

Before filing a claim in court for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Service Administration, the mandatory conditions are negotiations. If a resolution of the dispute has not been reached, then the submission of a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notifies the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim. Claim letters are sent by the parties by courier or by registered mail with a notice of delivery to the addressee at the location of the parties. It is not allowed for the parties to send claim letters by other means. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial body in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies to this Policy and the relationship between the User and the Service Administration.
